Scandiano (RE) – Born from the passion and experience of three partners who came from the world of automation, Ercopac has quickly established itself as a benchmark in the end-of-line packaging industry.

The merger of Erco Service and Forpac, with the added value of Manuel Grassi and Cristian Lusoli’s 20 years of experience, has resulted in a dynamic and growing company.

“We realized that there was still room in the market for a company like ours,” explains Manuel Grassi, president of Ercopac. “Many customers, especially small and medium-sized growing companies, need fast, flexible and customized solutions.”

Ercopac deals with end-of-line automation at 360 degrees, from palletizing to wrapping, from depalletizing to pallet controls. The main target sectors are tissue, beverage and food, but the company is also open to other sectors, such as ceramics, which present interesting development opportunities.

“We are receiving several requests from the ceramic sector,” Grassi confirms. “We believe there is still room for improvement and innovation in this sector, and we are working to offer cutting-edge solutions.”

Ercopac’s growth is evidenced by the numbers: in just two years of operation, the company has achieved a turnover of 15.5 million euros, approaching its goal of 30 million within five years.

“Speed is key for our customers,” Lusoli emphasizes. “Productions are getting faster and faster and require efficient, high-performance solutions. For this reason, we use artificial intelligence to design machines that are increasingly faster and tailored to the specific needs of each customer.”

And speaking of artificial intelligence, Lusoli explains how this technology can solve complex problems quickly, optimizing production processes and reducing costs.

Ercopac is looking to the future with optimism, strengthened by a close-knit and competent team, and a willingness to continue to grow and innovate in order to offer its customers increasingly cutting-edge solutions.

“We started with a dream,” Grassi concludes, “and today we are well on our way to achieving it. We want to continue growing, investing in research and development, and opening up to new markets, such as Mexico, where we are about to export five palletizing islands for the tissue industry.”
