When volumes increase and packaging formats multiply, it becomes essential to adopt solutions that can automate palletizing and internal handling in a coordinated manner. <\/p>\n\n<p>The project created for <strong>Verwerkaf Kaffee<\/strong> was born from this very need: to <strong>integrate end-of-line<\/strong> and <strong>intralogistics into a single automated system<\/strong> capable of <strong>accompanying the product all the way to the warehouse<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Two robotic palletizing islands for five production lines<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>At the <strong>heart of the plant<\/strong> are <strong>two robotic row palletizing systems<\/strong> designed to <strong>handle a total of five production lines.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>This configuration allows the end of the line to be automated in a structured way and to meet the different operational needs of the plant.<\/p>\n\n<p>From <strong>handling<\/strong> <strong>empty <\/strong> <strong>pallets<\/strong> to<strong> transporting finished pallets<\/strong> to the warehouse, the <strong>system <\/strong>was <strong>developed <\/strong>to <strong>ensure business continuity<\/strong> and <strong>fully automated management of internal logistics flows<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>First palletizing island: boxes and trays<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The first palletizing island is equipped with a <strong>multi-socket gripper<\/strong> and integrates a dedicated robot for <strong>automatic preparation and filling of trays<\/strong> via suction table.<\/p>\n\n<p>This means that the line not only receives product ready for palletizing, but <strong>also handles a preparatory step<\/strong> that would normally require a separate step. This <strong>reduces manual activities<\/strong>, <strong>standardizes preparation<\/strong> and <strong>keeps cell feeding more regular.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p>The configuration enables efficient management:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bulk boxes from production lines<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Trays prepared and filled the use of robotic row systems makes it possible to <strong>keep the operating sequence constant<\/strong> even<strong> on sustained production rates<\/strong>, with clear advantages in terms of handling precision and process stability. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Automation intervenes not only to speed up, but also to reduce operational variability:<\/strong> less dependence on manual intervention, less discontinuity, greater reliability throughout the work shift.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image stations<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Picking up finished pallets from the lines<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Transportation to banding islands and to the warehouse<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Storage management in dedicated areas<\/strong><br\/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:14px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
