Thanks to its anthropomorphic robotic design, our robotic labeller enables to apply labels on multiple sides and in different pallet positions, as well as on stacked loads.
Components
Robo-label ensures high operating autonomy thanks to the possibility of implementing two printers to automatically change the reel without production stops.
The scanner allows to verify the correct application of the label and readability of the barcode.
Advantages and strenghts
Quick and easy installation are possible thanks to the independent switchboard and the whole system is designed to be ergonomic and to ensure high accessibility for cleaning operations.
Also, the printing system is positioned outside the perimeter guards for high safety in reel replacement activities.
