Ercopac develops end-of-line machines and robotic solutions for packaging and intralogistics. The Ercopac range includes systems dedicated to the automatic management of pallet and product flow during depalletizing, layer formation, and palletizing. This area includes solutions such as Panther, Dragonfly, Lynx, and Octopus, developed to adapt to different gripping methods, line speeds, plant configurations, and various product types and formats.
For pallet stabilization and protection, Ercopac offers column-based strapping systems and those with anthropomorphic robots. Spider-S, Spider-C, and Spider-R address different requirements in terms of productivity and layout configuration.
These solutions can be complemented by HERON, the patented top-cover application system, as well as corner-covering systems and a film perforation system, for even more comprehensive pallet protection that can be customized according to the product and process.
The range also includes systems dedicated to automatic pallet labeling and pallet compliance inspection. Scorpion is designed for robotic labeling on multiple sides of the pallet, while Mantis is dedicated to automatic pallet inspection to improve the safety, quality, and efficiency of intralogistics processes.
Ercopac offers solutions for automated internal material handling: AGV and LGV systems for the autonomous transport of pallets and products within the facility, developed in partnership with TecnoFerrari. TecnoFerrari vehicles integrate with Ercopac systems to complete end-of-line automation as a comprehensive ecosystem, from secondary packaging to truck loading.
