Overview
Our robotic palletizing systems by rows guarantee ergonomic layout. The motorized gripper opening-closing movement speeds up the gripping cycle, ensuring control of the force applied on the product, and avoiding damage. The bar with toothed protrusions that support the product, which is applied on one of the two sides of the gripper, guarantees total sealing reliability at high operating speed of the robot.
Our motorized grippers
Motorized grippers (single and multiple pickings) guarantee the opening and closing precision of the gripping sides according to the product and pallets size, in order not to deform the products and maintain a high handling speed. One of the two sides is equipped with a comb to support the product without exerting a high pressure and ensure its integrity.
Motorized grippers (single and multiple pickings) also guarantee lower air consumption, repeatability of movements over time and low maintenance costs due to total elimination of the pneumatic part. Moreover, it is possible to position the sides of the grip depending on the format size to reach a faster handling.
