Overview
Our wrapping systems can be equipped with a top cover with bottom loading and automatic reel replacement (PATENT PENDING). Motorization is in the lower part and transmission is ensured by a high resistance toothed belt. It is equipped with transparent cover box to display the status of the input and output sensors without disassemblying.
Advantages
SMART-TOP ensures ergonomic reel movement and small fooprint, with the possibility to use top up to 25µ, to guarantee both economic and environmental saving.
Thanks to the automatic change of the reel holder trolley, production never stops, and the following advantages are obtained:
SAFETY
All operations are carried out on the ground without the need to use conveyors/catenary or other scaffolding, ensuring total safety during change operations.
ERGONOMICS
The absence of transport for finished pallets accumulation (typical of medium-high speed lines) leads to a drastic reduction in footprint and costs.
REDUNDANCY
The automatic change system is equipped with a double trolley that allows to avoid production stops and to increase production efficiency.
SAVING
The possibility to use top from 100 to 25 µ represents an important economic and environmental saving, and contributes to reducing the ecological footprint.
Finally, security is ensured by the removal of the electric hoist and the absence of suspended loads.
