Our wrapping systems can be fitted with a top cover applicator with bottom loading and automatic coil change (patent pending).
The motor is located at the bottom, and power transmission is provided by a high-strength toothed belt.

Heron provides more ergonomic coil handling and optimizes production processes thanks to the innovative automatic changer system for the top cover reel carrier trolley (patent pending).
Additionally, the ability to use top covers as thin as 25 µ delivers both financial and environmental savings. Safety is guaranteed by the absence of any cutting tools for the installation of the top cover reel.
All operations are carried out on the ground without the need to climb onto roller/chain conveyors or other structures.
With no transport to build up palettes of finished product (typical of medium-high speed lines) gives a drastic reduction in space and costs.
The automatic reel change system is equipped with a double trolley to avoid production stoppages, increasing the efficiency of lines.
