Our depalletizing systems are designed with a modular approach that adapts to the line’s requirements and the type of product being handled. PANTHER is Ercopac’s automatic depalletizer developed for the robotic handling of pallets with various load configurations: whether dealing with empty bottles, cases, cans, trays, or other formats, the system adapts to the product and packaging without compromising precision or operational continuity.
The system operates at the beginning of the production line, upstream of production or packaging: it picks up complete layers or individual packages from the pallet, transfers them in a controlled manner, and feeds the downstream line, ensuring constant and synchronized flow.
The machine handles the main load configurations: interlayer, inverted tray, and tray, on Euro pallets, industrial pallets, and American pallets.
PANTHER is equipped with multi-format gripping heads that can be configured according to the product type and specific application. The available configurations are:

One of PANTHER’s distinctive features is its anti-drop system, implemented through electronic safety devices integrated into the robot’s motor. In the event of a power outage or emergency stop, the suspended load is held in place, eliminating the risk of accidental release and protecting both the product and the operators.
PANTHER also eliminates the risks typically associated with manual handling of incoming pallets: downtime, inconsistent rhythms, the need for dedicated operators, and safety risks related to handling heavy loads.
PANTHER fully automates pallet preparation prior to depalletizing. The system integrates the removal of accessories such as inter-layer pads, straps, and caps, eliminating slow and non-standardized manual operations.
PANTHER can be configured with the following options:
