OCTOPUS is Ercopac’s anthropomorphic or delta robot for layer preparation: it receives products from the line, arranges them according to the defined pattern, and builds the complete layer ready for the palletizer.
Available in two configurations: OCTOPUS (anthropomorphic robot with 5-axis arm) and OCTOPUS DELTA (high-performance delta robot).

The layer preparation robot operates at the stage immediately preceding palletizing: it receives products exiting the line, arranges them according to the pallet pattern, and prepares the complete layer for transfer.
