It prints the label

SCORPION is Ercopac’s robotic labeling machine that operates in the final stage of the end-of-line process, immediately after palletizing and wrapping: it prints the label in real time, verifies it via scanner, and applies it precisely to the pallet.

Thanks to the anthropomorphic robot and compact design, the system maintains application flexibility and high production capacity, ensuring that every pallet is uniquely identified and compliant before entering the logistics process.

Standard labeling on 2 corners, up to 4 corners with a rotary table

In the standard configuration, SCORPION handles labeling on 2 corners of the pallet. With the optional rotary table, the system allows for labeling on 4 corners, expanding application possibilities without changing the line layout.

An optional feature for two-level labeling is also available for lines that handle stacked loads or require labels to be applied at different heights on the pallet.

Operational autonomy with dual printers

SCORPION ensures high operational autonomy thanks to the option of installing two printers with automatic roll change: when one printer runs out of roll, the other immediately takes over, eliminating production downtime. Roll changes take 5 minutes, without stopping the line.
