Technical Training

Ercopac Training is a structured technical training program designed to enable operators, maintenance technicians, and HMI personnel to make the best use of the machines, manage day-to-day operational situations, and take independent action when necessary.

Content that can be customized based on role and machine

The strength of Ercopac’s training lies in the customization of its content: each training program is tailored to the type of machine installed and the participant’s role. The available training programs are:

Machine Operator

Machine operation, operating procedures, handling standard situations.

Maintenance Manager

Fault diagnosis, corrective actions, and management of critical components.

HMI Panel Operator

Navigating the interface, configuring parameters, managing alarms.

The technical content covers the main functional areas of Ercopac machines: palletizers, top-cover systems, stretch wrappers, the waterproofing cycle, head changes, machine safety, and specific components depending on the installation.

When is the training provided?

Training for three operators is included with the delivery of new systems and provided during commissioning and start-up. Additional, customized training packages are also available for systems already in operation, tailored to the needs of the operating team.
