In our SPIDER systems, it is the load that rotates, not the machine. The press and the turntable operate on an integrated mechanical axis, with controlled diagonal wrapping and real-time control of tension and film distribution. This overcomes the structural limitations of ring and rotating-arm systems: the result is greater stability, less film usage, and high-quality wrapping.
Our motorized grippers are developed in-house, not off-the-shelf components. We handle both layer palletizing (DRAGONFLY) and row palletizing (LYNX), with the high-capacity OCTOPUS delta robot for layer preparation —up to 70 kg—a solution still rare on the market.
Many competitors build individual machines. Ercopac builds a complete ecosystem from secondary packaging to truck loading. Everything is designed to work together: it’s not just technical integration, it’s design integration. A single annual shutdown for maintenance of the entire robotic line.
Our patents are not generic; they are focused on real end-of-line bottlenecks. Single-cycle waterproof system, automatic change of the top reel trolley, head changeover in 25 seconds (robot) and 55 seconds (column), film perforation system on four sides of the pallet: each patent solves a concrete problem that impacts productivity, quality, or safety.
We’re not talking about flexibility in a generic sense. It’s concrete: LYNX handles production lines with high product variability and multi-SKU, OCTOPUS adapts dynamically to different formats, and our lines support multi-input and multi-stream operations. Robotics enables modular and scalable solutions, with customization tailored to the customer’s process.
Ercopac has developed a structured international sales presence, with headquarters in Italy and overseas branches in France, Spain, Mexico, Tunisia, the USA, Brazil, Turkey, and China. The sales network is complemented by agents covering additional geographic areas: Lebanon, Romania, and Algeria. Our technicians are available to provide service anywhere in the world.
